Get Started With Vuuli

Set up the main Vuuli CRM workflow from workspace setup to accounts, contacts, pipeline, tasks, and campaigns.

This guide follows the main navigation in the Vuuli app. Use it when you are setting up a new workspace or checking whether the core CRM workflow is ready.

1. Create or Choose a Workspace

Vuuli work happens inside a workspace. During onboarding, create a workspace and choose the workspace currency so pipeline values and reporting use the right default.

If you belong to more than one workspace, use the workspace selector in the sidebar footer to switch between them.

2. Review the Main Navigation

The sidebar groups the app into daily sales work:

  • Dashboard shows workspace-level metrics, pipeline overview, tasks, contacts, and campaign history.
  • Sales & Customers contains Contacts, Accounts, Pipeline, Campaigns, and Company Registry.
  • Communication & Tasks contains Mail, Tasks, and Notes.
  • Settings contains profile, workspace management, custom attributes, email settings, AI usage, and billing.

Use this structure as the default path: find or import companies, create contacts, start outreach, then track replies and next actions.

3. Add Accounts and Contacts

Use Accounts for companies and Contacts for people.

An account can store company details such as website, address, LinkedIn URL, company type, notes, tags, local time, and the primary contact. A contact can store name, email, phone, job title, LinkedIn profile, and the linked business account.

Open an account or contact profile to see related activity. Account profiles show tabs for tasks, notes, and contacts. Contact profiles show tasks, messages, and communication history.

4. Import Existing Data

If your team already has a spreadsheet, use CSV import from the account or contact list. Vuuli lets you upload a CSV, choose the delimiter, map columns to CRM fields, skip the header row, preview the import, and review the import result.

Create custom attributes before importing if your CSV has workspace-specific fields that do not fit the default account or contact fields.

5. Connect Email

Open Settings > Email settings before sending one-to-one email or campaigns.

Gmail accounts connect with OAuth for sending. Custom email accounts use SMTP/IMAP and support inbox sync. See Link Your Email Account for the detailed setup.

6. Build a Working Sales Flow

Use Company Registry to research companies before creating accounts. Use Campaigns to enroll contacts or segments into email sequences. Use Pipeline to track deals across stages. Use Tasks and Notes to keep next actions and context attached to the right records.
