Create and Manage Email Campaigns
Build campaign details, recipients, email sequences, sending windows, limits, enrollments, and campaign mail tracking.
Use Campaigns to send planned email sequences to contacts or contact segments.
Before You Create a Campaign
Confirm that:
- At least one email account is connected.
- The email account has permission to be used for campaigns.
- Contacts have valid email addresses.
- Any contact segment you plan to use already contains the right contacts.
1. Start a New Campaign
Open Campaigns and choose New Campaign.
The builder has three steps:
- Details for the campaign name, description, sender account, recipients, start date, sending window, timezone, and threading.
- Sequence for email and wait steps.
- Review for checking the campaign summary before creation.
2. Choose Sender and Recipients
Choose the Email Account that should send the campaign.
For Recipients, select individual contacts or segments. Contacts without email addresses cannot receive campaign messages. If an enrollment shows Missing email address, add the contact's email before sending.
3. Configure Sending Schedule
Set the campaign start date, sending window, and timezone. Vuuli sends emails only during the configured window in the selected timezone.
In campaign settings, you can also control:
- Email Send Daily Limit, the maximum number of emails this campaign sends per day.
- Sequence Daily Limit, the maximum number of new recipient sequences started per day.
- Duration Between Emails, with a minimum of 5 minutes.
- Business Days Only, for weekday sending.
- Thread Emails, to keep follow-ups in the same conversation thread.
- Include Signature, to add the email account signature to campaign messages.
4. Build the Sequence
Add email steps and wait steps.
Each email step has a subject and email content. If threading is enabled, follow-up subjects can be set automatically from the previous email.
Use AI campaign suggestion if your workspace has AI usage available and you want Vuuli to draft copy from a short campaign brief. Review generated text before sending.
5. Review and Start
A campaign can remain as a draft until the sequence, recipients, and sending settings are ready. Review the summary, then create or start the campaign when everything is correct.
Monitor Performance
Open a campaign to use the main tabs:
- Sequence shows campaign steps.
- Enrollments shows recipients and their progress.
- Mails shows messages sent or received for the campaign.
Enrollment statuses include pending, queued, waiting, completed, replied, unsubscribed, bounced, cancelled, and failed. Use these statuses to decide whether to fix missing data, pause outreach, or follow up manually.
