Manage Tasks

Track follow-ups, due dates, priorities, assignees, and linked CRM records in Vuuli.

Use Tasks for follow-ups, assignments, and due dates across the workspace.

What Tasks Are For

Tasks are useful when a next action needs:

  • A clear owner.
  • A due date.
  • A priority.
  • A status.
  • A link to the account, contact, or sales work it supports.

Tasks keep follow-up work visible outside an individual inbox or private note.

Create a Task

Open Tasks and choose Create a Task.

A task can include:

  • Title.
  • Description.
  • Status.
  • Priority.
  • Due date.
  • Assignee.
  • Linked records such as an account or contact.

Use a specific title, such as Call finance lead about proposal, instead of a vague title such as Follow up.

Edit and Complete Tasks

Open a task to update the title, description, due date, assignee, status, priority, or linked records.

Use task status consistently so the dashboard and activity views reflect what still needs attention.

Where Tasks Appear

Tasks appear in the task list and in related activity views.

Open an account profile to review its tasks, notes, contacts, upcoming activity, and activity history. Open a contact profile to review tasks alongside messages and communication history.

Create a task whenever a next action would otherwise live only in memory, chat, or email.

For each important follow-up:

  • Link the task to the relevant account or contact.
  • Assign the person responsible.
  • Set a due date.
  • Use priority only when it changes what the team should do first.
  • Update or close the task after the action is done.
